Upright granite memorials are two piece monuments consisting of a tablet and a base. The tablet is the top piece that is engraved. The base is the bottom of the memorial on which the tablet is placed.
Color Requirements:
We do not have granite color requirements in any section of our cemetery. Color is completely to the family's discretion.
Size:
Companion upright memorials in our cemetery require the purchase of two interments rights to accommodate them.
Large: 60" (L) x 36" (H) x 14-16" (W)*
Small: 48" (L) x 28" (H) x 12" (W)*
* These dimensions are overall dimensions when measuring the base and the tablet together.
Vase Options:
Upright granite memorials are allowed to have vases, but they must collapse into the ground so they are flush with the ground when not in use. Permanent vases are allowed as long as they are incorporated into the design and the design still meets the requirement sizes listed above.
